When does the 72-hour clock start?

Once payment is complete and Tech Turtle has received all required onboarding materials. It applies to standard Basic and Business Pro sites; custom builds and e-commerce are excluded.

How does the seven-day money-back guarantee work?

Cancel within seven days of your initial payment and the first subscription payment is refunded, excluding separately approved third-party costs. If Tech Turtle causes a launch delay past 72 hours, the window runs until seven days after your first working preview.

Who owns the website?

On subscription plans, Tech Turtle keeps ownership of the website code and design. You can buy full ownership for $1,995 and then host with Tech Turtle for $10/month or anywhere else.

Is there a contract?

No. Both plans are month-to-month with no minimum commitment, and you can cancel anytime.
